Job Overview
Trust Well is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
PRO / Typist
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in PRO services and government documentation and must currently be based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
Perform typing, documentation, and general administrative duties accurately
Handle government-related paperwork and follow up on approvals
Assist with trade license registration, renewal, and cancellation
Coordinate with relevant government departments for permits and licenses
Maintain organized records and proper filing of official documents
Support visa processing, labor contracts, and related procedures
Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements and status updates
Requirements
1-2 years of experience as a PRO or Typist
Currently residing in Abu Dhabi
Proficient in MS Office and typing
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
