Manage all PRO-related activities in Abu Dhabi, including but not limited to:
Trade license issuance and renewals (mainland and freezone)
Labour and immigration processes (e.g., work permits, visa applications, EID processing)
Notarization and document attestation
Company name approvals, MOA notarizations, and establishment card applications
Liaise with government departments such as DED, Ministry of Labour, Immigration, ADDED, Notary Public, Police, and Municipality
Handle the documentation and submission for Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Amer, Emirates ID, and medical fitness processes
Ensure timely collection and delivery of all relevant government documents to clients and internal teams
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws, procedures, and regulations related to company formation and employee visas
Act as the primary point of contact for Arabic communication and government queries in Abu Dhabi
Maintain proper documentation and records of all PRO activities
Support the operations team with external tasks and government coordination as required
Requirements:
Must be a
UAE National (Emirati)
with a valid UAE Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
Prior experience as a PRO or in a similar government liaison role is preferred
Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi government processes (DED, ADGM, Freezones, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.)
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
