Job Description
Ensuring the household/estate and grounds are run smoothly and efficiently at all timesSupervising and managing other staff membersOrganising and liaising with outside contractorsTraining other staff members Organising and overseeing maintenance of the propertyEnsuring the property is secure at all timesOrganising family and household eventsGreeting and caring for guests and visitorsServing drinks and foodChauffeur dutiesHousekeeping dutiesRunning errands and shopping Taking responsibility for the household inventory. Also ensuring that supplies are always replenishedAnswer the telephone and doorArrange entertainment for social gatherings and eventsArrange all aspects of moving house if the client is movingBe in charge of the budgets of the householdMake travel and holiday arrangementsPacking of luggageRecruit and interview for new staffMaintain records where neededPerform any other tasks, within reason, required by the employer
