to act as the right hand to the General Manager of a diverse and fast-paced investment and business development company. The ideal candidate is sharp, dependable, well-organized, and highly responsive, with the ability to handle a wide range of tasks across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on all official/government transactions and applications
Organize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings
Draft and respond to emails, messages, and calls professionally
Handle sensitive documents and manage digital and physical filing systems
Represent the executive in selected meetings or visits as needed
Coordinate with internal team members, suppliers, clients, and external partners
Handle multiple tasks and respond quickly and effectively to any situation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent command of
Arabic and English
(both written and spoken)
Quick-thinking, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience dealing with government departments and private companies
Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential matters discreetly
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
Able to work independently and under pressure
