As a Private Dining Waiter, you will provide refined in-room food and beverage service for VIP guests, ensuring seamless coordination, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You will be part of a team that upholds the highest standards in luxury resort dining while maintaining the privacy and comfort of guests within their suites or rooms.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely in-room dining orders as per SOPs
• Set up dining tables and trolleys professionally with correct cutlery and layout
• Handle food and beverages using trained techniques to maintain quality and presentation
• Ensure trays and trolleys are cleared quickly after service, leaving no mess behind
• Communicate guest feedback and service issues to supervisors immediately
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and privacy protocols at all times
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized service areas
• Demonstrate a service-first attitude, tailoring experiences for every guest

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a waiter in in-room dining or F&B within a luxury 5-star hotel
• Proficiency in English and Russian required
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Micros, HotSoS, and Sevenrooms systems
• Ability to work flexible shifts and in a multicultural team environment
• Excellent attention to detail, grooming, and guest etiquette
