Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Private In-House Chef, with expertise in traditional and contemporary Pakistani cuisine, to work within a private household. The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, attention to quality and presentation, and the ability to create diverse, healthy, and flavourful meals tailored to the family's preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as needed. Specialize in Pakistani dishes and occasionally incorporate international cuisines if requested. Plan weekly menus in consultation with the family, considering dietary needs and preferences. Source high-quality, fresh ingredients; manage pantry and grocery inventories. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen at all times. Cater for small family events and special occasions. Handle food presentation with finesse and creativity. Respect and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the household.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a chef, preferably in private households or high-end restaurants. Strong knowledge of Pakistani culinary traditions, regional flavours, and modern adaptations. Ability to prepare a variety of meals, from daily comfort foods to more elaborate dishes. Professional training in culinary arts is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong. Fluent in Urdu (English communication is a plus). Reliable, discreet, and flexible with working hours. Good personal hygiene and a professional behaviour in the workplace.

Ability to adapt to the family's dietary preferences. Capable of meal prepping and food preservation for busy schedules.
