Printing, Plotting & Laser Machine Operator (with Basic Graphic Design Skills)

Company Overview:

We are a plastic products manufacturing company based in Sharjah, Sajja.

We specialize in LED delivery boxes, vehicle customization, helmet branding, and various acrylic/plastic components.

All branding, printing, and cutting work is done in-house, no commercial jobs.

Position Summary

We are hiring a machine operator with experience in printing, plotting, lamination, and laser cutting, along with basic CorelDRAW/Illustrator skills.

The main responsibility is to run machines and manage production output with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation

Operate sticker printing machines for boxes, helmets, and vehicle branding. Use plotting machines for vinyl cutting. Handle lamination for print finishing. Operate laser cutting machines for acrylic parts. Maintain machines and troubleshoot minor issues. Ensure smooth daily production workflow.
2. Basic Graphic Design

Edit or create simple files in CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator. Prepare print-ready artwork and cutting files. Prepare proper vector files for laser cutting (stroke widths, layout, color coding).
3. Quality Control

Check print quality, cutting accuracy, and color consistency. Ensure stickers, acrylic parts, and branding materials meet specifications.
4. In-House Work Only

All tasks are for internal production. No external client or commercial printing.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in printing/plotting/laser machine operations. Basic working knowledge of CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of colors, vinyl materials, acrylic cutting, and finishing. Ability to prepare artwork for printing and cutting. Good attention to detail.
