INK., a dynamic and innovative print shop located in AlJada, is seeking a skilled Part-Time Printing Machine Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the printing industry, possessing a unique blend of technical expertise and sales acumen. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate and maintain a variety of printing equipment, with a focus on sublimation printing machines. - Ensure high-quality printing results on various materials, including textiles, ceramics, and more. - Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to edit and prepare designs for printing. - Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their printing needs and offering creative solutions. - Conduct sales activities, including upselling services and products, to meet and exceed sales targets. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and operational protocols. - Collaborate with the team to manage printing schedules and ensure timely completion of projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve machine or printing issues efficiently. - Stay updated on the latest printing technologies and techniques. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in operating printing machinery, especially in sublimation printing. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop and Illustrator. - Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. - Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings as required.
