Key skill sets : Operator having knowledge of flexographic printing machine for various printed projects. Technician should have knowledge of monitoring and adjustment of process for printing machine. Load and position the printing plates, adjust the ink supply and paper feed, and set up the printing press for each print job. Monitor the printing process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during the printing process, such as paper jams or ink smudges. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conducting routine maintenance, cleaning of equipment and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent 3 -4 years of experience in production environment. Experience with digital printing equipment, including operation and maintenance Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Basic math skills for measuring and calculating print specifications Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with wide format printers Experience with color management and calibration
