to operate various offset and sheet-fed printing machines in our printing division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
GTO and Heidelberg machines
and a strong understanding of print production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up
GTO 1 Color, GTO 2 Color, Heidelberg SM 2 Color, Heidelberg 100/70 2 Color, and SM 5 Color
printing machines.
Prepare printing plates, inks, and materials according to job specifications.
Monitor print quality, including color consistency, registration, and alignment.
Troubleshoot machine issues such as misfeeds, color variations, or mechanical problems.
Coordinate with prepress, production, and finishing teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure timely completion of print jobs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal operation.
Maintain production logs, job records, and material usage reports.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
operating
offset/press machines
, preferably Heidelberg and GTO models.
Strong understanding of
print production, color matching, and sheet-fed processes
.
Ability to read job tickets, production layouts, and print specifications.
Knowledge of inks, papers, and other printing consumables.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
