Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Large Format Printing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in operating large format printers and a strong understanding of RIP software such as Caldera. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an added advantage. The role requires expertise in handling printing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain large format printers to produce high-quality prints. Use RIP software (e.g., Caldera) to prepare and process print files. Manage print jobs, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and timely delivery. Troubleshoot printer issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to edit and prepare graphics for printing (preferred). Handle different types of printing materials and finishing techniques. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety guidelines. Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project requirements.
Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in large format printing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in RIP software (Caldera, etc.) Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred) Understanding of color management and print production processes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:

Experience working with various substrates and finishing techniques. Knowledge of large format cutting and laminating processes.
