We are looking for a skilled Printing Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain various printing machines . Review job orders to determine job specifications such as colour sequence, ink type, and press speed. Load paper, ink, and other supplies into the machine as required. Adjust settings to ensure correct print registration, colour consistency, and print quality. Conduct regular quality checks during the production process. Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues, mechanical errors, and malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of production runs, waste, and maintenance activities. Follow safety and quality standards at all times. Collaborate with supervisors, designers, and other team members to meet deadlines.
Requirements and skills: -

Sound knowledge of printing processes and materials. Ability to understand and follow technical specifications and job sheets. Strong attention to detail and color accuracy. Mechanical aptitude for machine adjustments and troubleshooting. Good time management and ability to work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge for digital printing systems. Teamwork and effective communication skills. Previous experience (2-5 years) as a printing machine operator or in a related field preferred. Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures for printing equipment.
