Job Description

We are looking for a Printing Machine Operator with experience in Eco solvent printing, Sublimation printing, and Digital printing machines is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and configure printing machines for production runs, ensuring all settings are correct for the type of print job. Operate Eco solvent, Sublimation, and Digital printing machines to produce printed materials according to specifications. Load printing materials and substrates into machines, ensuring proper alignment and feeding. Inspect printed materials for defects and inconsistencies, performing quality checks to ensure conformity with design specifications. Perform routine maintenance on printing machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues that arise during the printing process. Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies and materials, placing orders as needed to maintain stock. Work closely with the design teams to understand job requirements and specifications. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator, specifically with Eco solvent, Sublimation, and Digital printing machines. Strong technical knowledge of printing machinery and production processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for operating machine interfaces and maintaining records. Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, as well as lift and move heavy materials.
