Experienced roll grinding specialist must have skillset to provide required grinding result and quality for mentioned roll cover materials as well as understand required roll grinding machine processes and maintenance.
Highly Skilled grinding Machine Operator.
Previous experience with Grinding Machine up to 2,000mm dia., 10,000mm length.
Ability to read and use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers, including metric measurements.
Familiarity with run out, taper, surface finish, tolerance, and blueprint readings.
Computer skills required for communication and work creation purposes.
Good mechanical aptitude and mechanical experience with good working knowledge and experience with powered hand tools.
Some knowledge of hydraulics helpful.
Experience using lift trucks and overhead cranes desired.
Ability to train for operation of the machines.
