Drive AI innovation through research, POCs, and technology exploration, leveraging existing banking data and infrastructure.
Lead cross-functional and distributed teams to successfully manage medium to complex AI/ML and Gen AI projects.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify and capitalize on AI-driven opportunities improving efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making.
Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks, promoting model explainability and data privacy.
Develop and deploy AI-powered automation, intelligent decision-making systems, predictive analytics, and autonomous agents.
Mentor and upskill team members on AI/ML trends, frameworks, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Manage integration of AI capabilities into existing platforms using APIs, Kubernetes/Docker, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).

Maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring compliance with SDLC, QA, and change management processes.
