The Team

As part of the development of its MENA business, and overall global growth, Cundall are excited to announce the establishment of a new office in Riyadh, KSA. Cundall have been working on projects in KSA for almost 15 years, so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services.

This is something that has been in the planning for quite some time and our new office in Riyadh will complement the existing regional offices in the UAE and Qatar and provide a much stronger and resilient regional business structure. The Role

The candidate will be responsible for the day to day leadership and management of their respective developing discipline group, delivering on projects and contributing to the overall office leadership. Eventually, leading a discipline team they shall report directly to the KSA General Manager and collaborate with the Regional and Global discipline leaders.

The role will primarily focus on project delivery, people management and technical excellence, but will also include proactively supporting the General Manager with: Business planning and strategic market assessments Work winning and Client relationship management Commercial and Financial management and control Recruitment and resource management Project management and delivery The Skills

The candidate shall be highly motivated, entrepreneurial and technically excellent with a track record in management and project delivery within a design consultancy environment. The key criteria shall be as follows: Essential Honours Degree in Engineering (as appropriate - Civil) Minimum 10 yrs postgrad experience Chartered Engineer and full Member of appropriate industry body (i.e. CIBSE, IMechE, MICE, IET, IStructE) Experience in Masterplan and Infrastructure projects
