As Principal Project Delivery Consultant you will oversee the overall management of SAP Fieldglass implementation projects including large scale, high risk, strategic deployments on fixed price and time and materials engagements. You will be responsible for multiple customer engagements at the same time, ensuring the delivery of required project outputs which include sales support, scoping, project planning, establishing, and maintaining project governance, executive project status reporting and risk mitigations. You will take accountability for project delivery and resources, provide leadership to project teams, and successfully ensure outcomes for SAP customers and partners.

Responsibilities: Support the LACE operating model in the Land, Adopt and Expand phases. Support the sales and presales cycle by providing oversight to implementation planning and scoping Act as a services delivery subject matter expert and provide effort estimates during sales and presales cycles. Define project scope and objectives with customers and partners and ensure that these are realistic in terms of functional feasibility, product capabilities (e.g., integrations), effort and timeline. Conduct the project planning activities and manage the execution of large scale, high risk, or strategic projects. Manage overall services relationship between customer, partner, and SAP internal stakeholders to ensure that projects/ programs are delivered on-time, within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Lead cross-functional delivery and deployment of the SAP Fieldglass application and related services to customers. Schedule and lead key project routines such as meetings, status reporting, issues management and mitigation, etc., as required. Mobilise executive level stakeholders to address significant project issues and risks, including internal and external steering committees with C-Level stakeholders. Own quality of implementation and ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology. Evaluate complex situations systematically and accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer. Represent SAP Fieldglass as an application subject matter expert (SME) by providing sound consultation to customers and partners on how to use the SAP Fieldglass application as part of their larger external workforce management programme. Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables to project team; review quality of work and manage the integration of team members' work. Provide coaching and mentoring support to Project Delivery Consultant and Functional Consultants to aid in the continuous development of the team. We're looking for: As we are an international team and you will be working with internal and external colleagues from all over the globe, we require business fluent English language skills (any other language will be a plus) Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (or equivalent), PMP certification highly desirable (or equivalent project management certification or equivalent experience), 7-10 yrs. of related experience, with an emphasis on software implementation or integration Exceptional communication style, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectations Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills The ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience Competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, customers, peers, and team members Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests Proven record of de-escalated customers with C-Level involvement Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced culture Good knowledge of SAP's Cloud portfolio, 5-7 yrs. of experience in Cloud products and its deployment Demonstrated strong partnership and alignment across multiple SAP cloud organizations such as S/4 HANA, Ariba, and SuccessFactors Experience working across functions such as sales, development, and customer support Broad understanding of SAP across functions and product groups Strategic thinker with the ability to influence, combined with a roll up your sleeves approach and the ability to execute As our clients also value personal, you should have the flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time #hybrid
