Partner with the best

You will be accountable for engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Most importantly, you will develop a strategic midterm plan for the manufacturing unit based upon the agreed strategic plan for the whole unit.

As a Principal Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Increasing the capacity of the factory through new machines, fixtures, and productivity projects. Contributing to the development of a business plan for the business unit. Contributing with other disciplines about future developments and consequences for the business unit. Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex long term planning activities and sales processes. Leading a big manufacturing unit and handling complex manufacturing processes.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Have a minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing. Have technical experience in leading manufacturing, cladding, assembling, pressure testing and machining. Have project management experience. Have experience in planning and expansion projects.
