Petrofac is looking to recruit a Data Management Lead on a permanent basis based in Sharjah, UAE.

Scope of Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementation of data management rules and guidance of ISO/TS 81346 for implementation of offshore reference designation system (RDS)
- Coordinate with Engineering disciplines on data management functions and RDS submission related aspects
- Strong Knowledge on the concept of 2D & 3D Engineering Tools and Building Information Model (BIM)
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Management processes that enable consistency across EPC lifecycle
- Information Management execution from engineering to final M&I handover, offshore project experience is preferable
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Visualization System’s Design, Implementation and Customization
- Coordination of Project Delivery Systems across various Departments and Disciplines for the execution of the project: CAD, Engineering and Supplier Document Management, Project Systems and Services, and Information Management (data integration, warehousing, and final project data handover)
Minimum Requirement
- Extensive working experience and sound knowledge of technology providers and licensing involved in Polymer plants and Polypropylene units (capacity >500 KTPA).
- Familiar with Technology Providers such Propane De-hydrogenation (UOP OLEFLEX) and Polypropylene (Basell Polyolefine Italia, Lummus Technology, UNIPOL PP, etc)
- Engineering Degree with minimum 8-year experience in Project Engineering work in relevant fields
