What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Analysis of client system load profiles and electrical plant characteristics to determine sizing of power generation and renewable generation plants.
• Develop power system models for power plants and customer systems.
• Conduct and report on analysis of power systems by using modeling techniques to determine load flow and dynamic stability of proposed power plants.
• Analysis and interpretation of electrical drawings to determine parameters for safe and efficient connection of power plants to customers\xe2\x80\x99 electrical systems.
• Perform electrical fault level calculations and protection studies for high voltage systems up to 132 kV.
• Compilation of engineering design reports for submission to clients and management.
• Design and specification of bespoke electrical equipment in conjunction with the product team.
• Liaise with client\xe2\x80\x99s technical staff and visit potential job sites, as required, to verify project needs.
• Preparation of project design documentation for inclusion in sales proposals, contractual documentation and submission to clients and authorities for approval
• Advise the operations team on the project design details during project mobilization.
• Advise Area Operations team on engineering issues during project installation and commissioning phases.
• Advise sales team on project specific design issues and propose engineering solutions.
• Develop engineering design standards and specifications to ensure Area business compliance.
• Carry out on-site engineering reviews.

We\xe2\x80\x99re experts, which means you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the following skills and experience:

• Electrical Engineer graduate with a minimum of 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in renewable power generation technologies and systems
• High Voltage and Distribution systems experience.
• Fluent in English, a second language would be an advantage.
• Available to travel on a global basis.
• Project Management skills
• People Management skills
• Problem solving and analyzing skills
• Planning & Organizing skills
• An Excellent Communicator both oral & written
• Strong computer design and analysis skills
• Attention to details
