Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead a well-established school in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, foster academic excellence, and ensure a nurturing and disciplined environment that supports the holistic development of students. The Principal will be responsible for all academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the school and will serve as the face of the institution within the community.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership in line with the schools vision and values.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, teacher development, and student performance.
• Lead school improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for students and staff.
• Build effective communication channels between staff, students, and parents.
• Ensure compliance with local education regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Manage school budgets, resources, and staff recruitment in coordination with the school board or owners.
• Represent the school in community events, meetings, and public engagements.

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Education or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 710 years of proven experience in a senior academic leadership role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, school operations, and student-centered learning.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in multicultural school environments is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Candidates who are readily available will be given preference.
