About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary

School Principal

to lead our KG to Grade 6 division at a forward-thinking, inclusive international school in Dubai. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of school leadership, curriculum innovation, and driving excellence in both academics and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall academic, operational, and cultural development of the school. Align all school initiatives with

KHDA guidelines

, inspection standards, and UAE Vision 2030. Manage teaching and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality performance and continuous professional development. Oversee implementation of the

British (or International) curriculum

, ensuring compliance and innovation in pedagogy and assessment. Champion inclusive practices and ensure the success of

Students of Determination

. Promote community engagement and build strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders. Guide the school through inspection and accreditation processes (KHDA, NEASC, BSO, etc.). Lead strategic planning, budgeting, recruitment, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory:

Minimum

Master's Degree in Education or Educational Leadership

. Valid

KHDA-approved Principal license

or eligibility to obtain one. Minimum

5 years of experience in a school leadership position

, preferably in the UAE. Deep knowledge of

British or International curriculum

(EYFS/Key Stages). Fluent in English; IELTS Band 7+ preferred (as required by KHDA).

Preferred:

Experience in leading

KHDA or international accreditation inspections

. Background in inclusive education and staff capacity building. Tech-savvy, with experience integrating

AI, EdTech, or digital learning platforms

. Strong leadership presence, cultural awareness, and stakeholder management.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
