DevOps Engineer
to bridge the gap between software development and IT operations, focusing on tools and systems that support our construction projects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (
CI/CD
) pipelines for our software applications.
Automate and streamline operational processes, infrastructure provisioning, and application deployment.
Work closely with development and operations teams to establish and enforce best practices for system reliability, performance, and security.
Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the development, test, and production environments.
Ensure all development and deployment tools are tailored to meet the specific, rapid deployment needs of the
construction
sector.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps, System Administration, or IT role within the construction industry.
Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Familiarity with cloud services, container orchestration, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent analytical and collaboration skills.
