We are seeking a results-driven Principal Consultant to join our Power Tools division in Sharjah. The role focuses on end-user sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B/B2C sales of industrial or power tools, a strong market understanding, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-user sales for the Power Tools division and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in power tools, industrial tools, or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of the UAE market and end-user sales channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
