We are seeking a visionary Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will lead complex consulting projects, provide strategic guidance to clients, and drive innovation in our service offerings.

Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact consulting projects across various industries Provide expert advice and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships Conduct in-depth analysis and research to support strategic decision-making Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior executives and stakeholders Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client pitches Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance our consulting capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of progressive consulting experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery Strong technical background in advising clients across various industries Expertise in business case development, project appraisal, and strategic planning Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior consultants Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated project management expertise, including budget management and resource allocation Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to develop innovative solutions In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices in consulting methodologies Proficiency in relevant software tools and data analysis techniques Willingness to travel as required for client engagements Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
