Key Responsibilities :
- Produce conceptual CAD designs of aeronautical/mechanical products
- Produce complete manufacturing data packs for production (assemblies, parts & BOM\'s)
- Maintenance of relevant CAD models including library parts within the PLM/PDM system
- Configuration of manufacturing data packs
- Work closely with specialists in a multidisciplinary team
- Adhere to relevant design & draughting standards and ADASI code of conduct.
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years experience in an aerospace/mechanical design environment.
- Working knowledge of CAD packages
- Working knowledge of PDM/PLM systems
- Expert knowledge of Aircraft/Mechanical design
- Thorough understanding of design principles
- Good general PC skills
