With a strong presence in the Dubai real estate market, we provide our Property Consultants with a fully supportive and performance-driven environment.

As part of our expansion, we are currently growing our Sales and leasing Teams and are looking for experienced, confident, and performance-driven Property Consultants who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

Important Notice

Immediate joiners are required.

As a Property Consultant at The Silver Hawks Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and delivering exceptional service to clients in Dubai's property market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client inquiries from initial contact through to successful deal closure Handle, market, and transact secondary residential properties Actively generate, qualify, and convert leads through multiple channels Conduct daily client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management Arrange and attend meetings with property owners, buyers, and investors Organize and conduct property viewings professionally Advise clients on pricing strategies, market trends, and investment opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records, listings, and regular reporting to management Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market Proven sales and deal-closing background Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Confident, ambitious, and target-driven mindset Ability to join immediately Experience with CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
