Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the required curriculum with accurate and updated subject knowledge
• Plan and teach engaging lessons using differentiated strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Maintain records of lesson plans, attendance, assessments, and resources
• Provide support to students of varying abilities, including ESL, low academic performers, and gifted learners
• Promote student well-being and academic progress through consistent guidance and mentorship
• Integrate media and technology into teaching to enhance classroom learning
• Perform related administrative duties including student reports, attendance, and instructional materials
• Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives
• Ensure a culturally aware and inclusive learning environment

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification
• Knowledge of lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment techniques
• Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning styles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
