Key Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum-aligned instruction with updated subject knowledge and enthusiasm
• Plan and execute engaging lessons that accommodate different learning styles and student needs
• Prepare and maintain lesson plans, teaching materials, student records, and assessments
• Apply differentiated instruction strategies for students of varying academic levels including ESL, late entrants, and gifted learners
• Assess and monitor academic performance, offering regular feedback to support learning goals
• Use educational technology and media effectively to enhance classroom teaching
• Foster student well-being, engagement, and a love for learning in a culturally respectful environment
• Perform administrative duties including managing student materials, attendance, and reports
• Support curriculum development and contribute to continuous school improvement
• Maintain availability of lesson plans and daily programs for substitute teachers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong understanding of curriculum planning, classroom management, and assessment
• Experience teaching the British curriculum is preferred
• Proficiency in integrating technology in classroom instruction
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
