Primary Teacher for Key Stage 1 (KS1)

for the

Academic Year 2026-2027

. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated educator who is passionate about providing high-quality education to young learners and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that engage and inspire KS1 students, following the British Curriculum. Create a nurturing classroom environment that fosters the emotional and academic growth of all children. Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs. Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly, providing feedback that promotes improvement. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Participate in curriculum development and contribute to the school's extracurricular activities and community events. Contribute to team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices. Adhere to safeguarding policies and maintain a safe classroom environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching in a primary setting, specifically within KS1. Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to creating a positive learning environment and fostering student engagement. Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
