Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Assess student progress and provide feedback. Communicate with parents and guardians about student performance. Encourage creativity and critical thinking in students.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Teaching certification and relevant experience preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
