Egypt Education Platform is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated

Primary Homeroom Teacher

for the

Academic Year 2026-2027 at GEMS British International school of Madinaty

. As a primary homeroom teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that supports the growth and development of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and success. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities. Contribute to the overall school community through participation in school events and extracurricular activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Adhere to school policies and regulations, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is highly desirable. At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary setting. Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
