Position Overview
Talabat is hiring a Pricing Associate in Dubai, UAE to support the Regional Pricing team in standardizing pricing procedures across eight markets. The role will focus on implementing incentive requests, managing pricing configurations, and ensuring accuracy in vendor-related pricing details to achieve consistency and performance excellence.

What You'll Do

• Assess and validate incentive requests submitted by local markets
• Implement approved incentive requests accurately and on time
• Manage and support local teams with pricing configurations
• Establish and maintain vendor-related pricing details
• Monitor and analyze incentive performance to measure effectiveness
• Contribute to pricing standardization efforts across all regional markets
• Collaborate with local pricing and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; STEM or Economics preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an analytical or pricing-related role, ideally in tech or e-commerce
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
• Skilled in SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Strong attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and adaptability
