Responsibilities
Assist in HR and Admin related Matters Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
Update internal databases with new information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
Respond to employees' questions about HR/Admin Matters
Prepare and submit PR reports
Manage PR issues
Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
Requirements
Work insight as a HR and Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or comparative job
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Essential information on work enactment
Authoritative abilities
Great verbal and composed relational abilities
BSc in Human Resources Management or related field
Proficient in MS Office and social media
