Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Preventive Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee PM activities for our Plant, Machinery & Vehicles (PMV) fleet, including heavy equipment, light vehicles, generators, and machinery.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for all PMV assets Supervise technicians and ensure quality, timely completion of PM tasks Monitor equipment performance and highlight recurring issues Maintain service logs and equipment history (SAP/ERP) Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering 5+ years PMV maintenance experience, including supervisory role Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and vehicle maintenance Strong leadership and communication skills
