Summary

This position supports Construction team at Enerflex sites and reports directly to the Construction Lead and Project Management Team. The role plans, coordinates and directs site preservation processes in line with requirement of vendor IOM\'s and Company Procedures. Success in this role measured by the understanding and adherence to preservation requirements and industry standards.

The role is also responsible for identifying and driving standardization as well as enforcing a positive safety culture.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Focal point for the company in relation to Client and Sub-Contractors.
• Establish Maintenance strategy such as Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance of Equipment
• Thorough knowledge of preservation requirements of static and rotating equipment.
• Thorough knowledge of preservation requirements of Control Panels, Junction Boxes and Electrical Wiring Systems
• Familiar with short and long term storage requirements
• Organize and check routine maintenance and repair works of construction oil equipment
• Organize and check daily repair jobs of special tools and main inventory where needed
• Ensure compliance to Project Quality requirements
• Sharing progress reports with the project office and attend project meetings
• Man-management of Sub-Contractors

Qualifications

Required Education & Certifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Engineering

Required Experience & Skills

• Shall have minimum 3 years of experience in Preservation Management in Oil and Gas projects and 5 years as a Maintenance Coordinator
• Good understanding of other recognized standards and codes such as-ASME, ANSI, ASNT, API, ASTM, NACE, ISO, DIN and AWS.
• Good communication skills to liaise with other departments and cross-functional counterparts to address related matters.

• Solids knowledge in the use of Microsoft suite of office software applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Fluency in Arabic, Turkish and/or Kurdish preferred.
• Experience working in Iraq
