Job Description

Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas industry on shore, with minimum 5 year in field based maintenance jobs.

Experience in the development and implementation of quality management and preservation philosophy, plan and procedures.

Responsible to develop and implement a preservation strategy & procedures and Support QA/QC team (project) on preservation process and pre-mechanical completion

Liaise with the procurement team and product manufacturer/vendor to understand the preservation requirements for the particular product.

Collect Vendor Recommendations for all the materials and compile the same in a preservation repository

Liaison with the Company on matters relating to preservation resources requirement and its availability.

Manage interface between the Company, Internal/External teams to improve preservation requirements

Should have good knowledge of requirements of preservation for all critical materials and maintenance and ensure these requirements are met, identifying the problems affecting material due to improper preservation and inform to the Company through the Contract Manager

Responsible for organizing preservation training for all relevant the Contractor personnel Should be responsible for preservation auditing activities - internal, external, and follow up of corrective actions

Responsible for overall control, supervision and implementation of preservation requirements and maintenance of records.

Direct the Material Controllers for necessary compliance with preservation requirements Identify and manage resources for preservation activities during long-term storage and transportation.

Collect the Preservation Guidelines, Recommendations and Requirements from the Manufacturers and document the same in Preservation Repository as for other deliverables. Ability and Authority to coordinate through different authorities to accomplish preservation of materials until its installation, serving as intended

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering

10 years of experience

Candidates must have oil and gas experience
