Yuaanz Mind Abilities Development Center is a nurturing early childhood center committed to supporting children's growth through creative, structured, and engaging educational practices. Our program blends Montessori and Indian curriculum approaches to promote all-round development in a warm and child-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily preschool classes based on Montessori and Indian curriculum frameworks
Prepare and implement weekly lesson plans appropriate for various developmental stages
Organize and lead individual and group learning sessions
Deliver hands-on, activity-based lessons that enhance learning and engagement
Assist after-school children with homework and exam preparation
Participate in planning and conducting seasonal or occasional camps
Carry out regular assessments and prepare progress reports for each child
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Keep daily records of attendance, observations, and behavior updates
Communicate with parents regarding child development and classroom activities
Support center events, theme-based celebrations, and special activities
Collaborate effectively with co-teachers and participate in team meetings and training
Apply positive behavior guidance strategies suited for preschoolers
Follow all safety, hygiene, and child care policies of the center
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
in a school, nursery, or childcare center within the UAE (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Montessori and Indian early childhood education methods
Passionate about teaching and compassionate towards young children
Highly motivated, responsible, and energetic
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Fluency in English
