Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm. Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements Prepare Drawings and BOQ for Various proposals Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure. Responsible for the performance and development of the assigned accounts. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Initiates and coordinates development of new suppliers. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports on a daily basis. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Knowledge in Tender documents, contracting, negotiating, and change management. Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
