We are seeking a highly skilled and confident

Presales / Technical Operations Specialist

with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and excellent client-facing abilities. In this role, you will design enterprise-grade cloud architectures, perform accurate sizing and cost estimation, and develop comprehensive, client-ready migration and adoption plans.

As a trusted advisor, you will present and defend your solutions, collaborate across teams, and ensure alignment with industry best practices and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized Microsoft Azure solutions. Develop detailed architecture diagrams across infrastructure, networking, storage, compute, identity, and security. Engage with clients to understand business drivers and translate requirements into effective cloud solutions. Present and pitch solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. Justify architectural decisions using standards, Azure-native capabilities, and proven best practices. Work closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from presales to implementation. Stay current with Azure updates, technologies, and evolving architectural patterns and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, identity, and security. Strong knowledge of Azure Pricing Calculator, TCO analysis, and cost optimization strategies. Proven experience creating high-quality architecture diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent). Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex technical topics. Demonstrated presales or consulting experience focused on solution design or architecture. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning. Knowledge of cloud governance, compliance frameworks, and landing zone design. Preferred certifications:

AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Expert)

AZ-104 (Administrator)

, or equivalent.
Nice to Have

Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates). Background in systems engineering, enterprise IT, or cloud migration projects.
