A Pre-sales/Technical Business Manager is responsible for promoting products and solutions to businesses, End-customers, and consultants. He also ensures that the solutions are meeting the customers' needs, coordinate with internal departments for support, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relations with End-users and Consultants Support with technical, pre-sales and after-sales requests from customers. Developing and presenting proposals and resolving customer issues. Provide technical training to customers and partners. Identify new markets and potential opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering. Strong technical knowledge and experience with technological products and services Minimum 7 years of experience, with a focus on technical sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of sales process and methods Leadership and management skills Flexibility to travel.
