Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and BOQs for Smart Home and BMS systems at presales stage; Select suitable automation equipment based on project requirements, design intent, and client expectations (luxury villas, residential buildings, commercial spaces); Develop technical concepts, wiring diagrams, system architecture, and device layouts (KNX, DALI, Modbus, etc.); Collaborate closely with consultants, MEP engineers, interior designers, and main contractors during design and bidding phases; Support sales team by presenting solutions to clients, attending technical meetings, and clarifying scope; Maintain awareness of local authority regulations (DEWA, Dubai Municipality) and ensure system compliance when applicable.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Smart Home / BMS system design (2+ years in GCC market preferred); Solid understanding of automation protocols (KNX, DALI, Modbus, BACnet, Zigbee, etc.); Hands-on experience with international brands (ABB, Jung, Gira, Zennio, Schneider, HDL, etc.); Ability to read and create drawings (AutoCAD, Visio, or BIM tools); Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, or related field (Bachelor's Degree); Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
