Key Responsibilities:
Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical submissions for interior design projects.
Coordinate with design and technical teams to gather drawings, BOQs, and project details.
Handle vendor registration and pre-qualification with government entities and major developers.
Manage submission of company documents, certificates, and compliance forms for registration.
Follow up on approvals, renewals, and updates of vendor registrations.
Support sales team with tender requirements, RFPs, and documentation.
Maintain accurate databases for proposals, submissions, and client communications.
Schedule meetings, client visits, and presentations for the sales/design team.
Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and proposal status.
Requirements:
Experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Construction industry is a must.
Experience in government portals, vendor registrations, and pre-qualification.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple submissions.
Detail-oriented and organized personality.
