Job Description
Hello, We are looking for an architect to prepare the 2D architectural plan (AutoCAD) for a building consisting of a ground floor and 4 floors. Proposals for plans of the first floor and the first basement will be provided for inspiration. The building to be designed is a residential building that will consist of multiple one-bedroom apartments. The project requires adherence to regulatory design guidelines, which are detailed in the design brief (to be provided). It will also be required to adhere to the exterior envelopes (perimeters) of the floors to be designed, which will be provided in AutoCAD file format. The chosen architect will work closely with our team to transform the design brief into accurate and visually appealing floor plans. Attention to detail, creativity, and a solid understanding of architectural principles are essential for this job. Experience in similar projects and proficiency in AutoCAD software are highly desired.
