The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their journey with us is seamless, positive, and reflective of our luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for premium automotive clients, handling enquiries and requests with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business. Provide comprehensive information regarding our range of vehicles, after-sales services, and bespoke packages. Manage and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction. Liaise and coordinate with the sales, service, and parts departments to guarantee a cohesive and superior customer experience. Proactively follow up with clients post-sale or service to gather feedback and ensure their needs have been met. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. Uphold the high standards of the brand, consistently representing our commitment to quality and service excellence. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and standards within the automotive division.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury retail or premium automotive sector. A genuine passion for automobiles and a strong understanding of the premium market. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and build rapport with a discerning clientele. A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. High level of proficiency in standard office software and experience using CRM systems. Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous. * A professional demeanour and immaculate presentation are essential for this role.
