Job Description

The Premium Artist to deliver high-quality live performances that engage and entertain audiences, while maintaining professional standards and supporting fellow performers to ensure the success of each show.

Key Responsibility:

Perform in scheduled live shows with excellence, energy, and professionalism. Maintain a high standard of performance quality, ensuring each show meets entertainment guidelines and guest expectations. Engage and interact with the audience to create an enjoyable and memorable experience. Collaborate and coordinate with co-performers to ensure smooth stage flow and teamwork. Participate in rehearsals, training sessions, and show run-through as required. Ensure all performance equipment, props, and costumes are handled with care and returned in proper condition. Uphold the brand's image and values both on and off stage. Assist in creative input for show improvements and new performance concepts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum High school / diploma in Hospitality or event related field. Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar field. Proven experience in live performance, stage acting, dance, or related entertainment fields. Strong stage presence and audience engagement skills. Ability to work as part of a diverse and collaborative team. Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing performance schedules. Physically fit to meet the demands of live performance. English language proficiency is must and Arabic proficiency is advantageous Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
