Predictive Maintenance Technician

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Predictive Maintenance Technician with ASNT certifications to support condition monitoring and environmental diagnostics aboard ships, offshore platforms, and infrastructure projects. The role involves conducting vibration analysis, infrared thermography, noise surveys, and indoor air quality assessments to ensure equipment reliability and occupational safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct vibration and infrared thermography analysis on rotating equipment to detect mechanical faults.
Collect and analyze data using specialized diagnostic tools in marine and offshore environments.
Prepare detailed technical reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
Support preventive maintenance programs for rotary equipment and critical systems.
Carry out occupational and industrial hygiene noise measurements, including personal noise monitoring.
Conduct noise surveys and modeling for offshore and infrastructure projects (road, rail, metro).
Develop and implement noise reduction plans in compliance with UAE and international standards.
Operate and maintain air quality monitoring equipment; analyze data and identify pollution sources.
Recommend solutions for improving air quality and reducing environmental risks
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement predictive maintenance strategies.
Perform octave band analysis to assess and classify noise levels in marine and industrial environments.
