Job Description
We are seeking a Pre-Contract Project Manager to join a dynamic Architectural firm in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial client engagement to contract award. Your key responsibilities will include client management, resource allocation, payment follow-ups, risk management, variation orders, and change management. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements and maintain client satisfaction.
- Efficiently allocate project resources and manage budgets.
- Oversee payment schedules and address financial matters.
- Develop and manage project risk registers, proactively mitigating risks.
- Assess and manage variation orders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Handle changes in project scope and requirements, escalating as needed.
- Assist in contract development and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and generate regular reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture
- Proven project management experience in pre-contract phases.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Knowledge of UAE building regulations a plus.
- Pre contract Project Management: 5 years (Required)
- working for an Architecture or PMC firm: 5 years (Required)
