To manage and develop account relationships by ensuring smooth distribution of the imported products through efficient execution and distribution fundamentals in order to achieve target sales in the trade.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain a strong business relationship with key customers to create a collaborative working relation and leverage those relationships to achieve company's objectives
Spot and develop business building opportunities across the channel
Ensure SKUs across all brands are available with the right quantity and visibility across the trade in line with the company guidelines.
Ensure all sales fundamentals are tracked on a daily basis to improve distribution and execution.
Achievement of sales, return and distribution targets
Journey plans adherence (Route compliance)
Route plans development with Channel Manager to ensure efficient coverage
MSL implementation
POP, POSM implementation
Implementing brand specific primary / secondary visibility activities
Market information feedback - own / competitor activities
Ageing/ near expiry stocks - propose and implement effective stock rotation to minimize liquidation losses
Implement and provide feedback on all tactical activities undertaken in the outlets
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma/Degree or equivalent
English language - Read, write and speak
Additional language - advantage
Ability to learn and upgrade
2-3 years prior FMCG experience in similar role in UAE
UAE Driving license-must
COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal -Communication linkages to Sales management team, logistics and accounts
External- In store communication with shelf boys, store managers
Reporting relationship to Channel Manager
