Job Summary Candidate must have 3 plus years of experience in BMS, Security and Safety Systems design and estimation. He/she will report to Head of Business Development and directly work with sales team & clients, collaborate with CAD design team. Candidate should possess an engineering degree with Electronics/Computers/ Electrical/ Mechanical as major. Must Have Skills: \xc2\xb7 Must have expertise in creating and evaluating Building Management System\xe2\x80\x99s IO summary, DDC/PLC, integration units and sensor selections. Must have Good Knowledge about BMS communication Protocols such as BacNet, LON, Modbus, Ethernet. Must understand of HVAC Systems (Chillers, AHU, FAHU, PACU, FCU, VAV, DX, Split Unit, IDU, OD, PF) Must have expertise in designing medium size to large-scale integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Intercom, Digital Signage, Passive and Active Networking Systems. \xc2\xb7 Must have expertise in medium to enterprise size addressable fire alarm, voice alarm and PA (analog and digital) systems. \xc2\xb7 Must have expertise in gas/aerosol based suppression systems, Water leak detection, Rodent/pest repellent system \xc2\xb7 Must have experience in proposal document and estimation sheet preparation. \xc2\xb7 Must have knowledge in industry regulations for designing a BMS/security/safety solution as per standards. \xc2\xb7 Experience in reviewing CAD drawing and provide inputs to design department. \xc2\xb7 Send technical requirements to manufacturers/ Distributors/sub-contractors and request a competitive quotation. Negotiate for best prices and lead delivery terms. \xc2\xb7 Experience in below products is of high advantage: BMS Systems \xe2\x80\x93 Honeywell Trend, Webs, Alerton; Delta Controls or equivalent products. Security Systems \xe2\x80\x93 Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, Milestone, Axis, Maxxess, Lenel, Gentec, Samsung, Pelco, Seetec, SSK, HID, Kerisys, Suprema, Commend, Comelit, Fermax, Commscope, Belden, Excel, HP, CISCO, Allied Telesis, Rasilient, CAME, Boon Edam, Magnetic, Crestron, Bosch, etc (and-or) Equivalent products. Safety Systems \xe2\x80\x93 FA knowledge in Edwards, Notifier, Morley, Cooper, Ravel; PA and BGM knowledge in Bosch, Ahuja, Honeywell, Henrich, Aties, Harman, Biamp etc or equivalent products Nice to Have Skills: \xc2\xb7 Candidates with expertise in designing Structured Cabling, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, PABX, Digital Signage.
